New feature alert: 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Message Center isn’t exactly built for planning. Release dates are buried deep in the body of each post, and filtering by when something actually completes is impossible. That’s why we built Timeline in DeltaPulse. Using AI, we extract and enrich that buried data so you can filter by month and product to see what’s really landing when. But the real power is what happens after. Exports to CSV or JSON unlock a whole new level of reporting and automation. In the screenshots below, you’ll see what I built using just one month of Timeline data: 📌 A prioritized list of high-impact Copilot items, with timing and focus areas for admins 📌 A pre-drafted internal email you could send straight to your IT team, complete with requests for action 📌 An admin review checklist that maps updates to governance, change management, and ops hygiene tasks 📌 AI-generated markdown summaries that break each change into impact and considerations, ready for reports or knowledge bases This is the kind of work IT admins, MSPs, and compliance teams usually cobble together by hand each month. With Timeline + AI summaries, it’s already structured and ready to use. Less time hunting through Message Center, more time actually preparing your org for what’s coming. 👉 Explore Timeline now at https://deltapulse.app 👉 Get curated weekly highlights: https://lnkd.in/gSY-nfJT 👉 Or set up custom notifications so updates land right in your inbox or Teams client Microsoft 365: change is constant, surprises are optional. #Microsoft365 #DeltaPulse #Intune #Purview #Windows365 #MicrosoftTeams #SharePoint #Entra #MicrosoftEntra

In the example I posted in screenshots I created a markdown summary of the changes and then gave that to copilot and asked "what are the high impact items from this list and can you draft an email to my IT Admins to help them review this document so they can focus on the highest severity items."
Microsoft 365 just dropped another 200+ changes last week. If you’re not tracking them, you’re reacting to them. Here’s what dropped between August 10–16: • 60 new Message Center posts • 48 updated posts • 23 new roadmap items • 84 updated roadmap items Here are 6 featured updates that IT admins and MSPs should not miss: • Microsoft Teams: Malicious URL Protection in Chat and Channels (MC1123983) Teams will now block or warn about malicious links in Teams chat and channel messages. A foundational security upgrade — especially for frontline-heavy orgs. • Microsoft Copilot Studio: Larger File Uploads for Agent Training (MC1124025) File size support increases to 512MB for uploads. A big win for anyone training Copilot agents with contracts, specs, or compliance docs. • Microsoft Teams Rooms (Android): Cloud IntelliFrame is Here (MC1123986) AI-powered participant framing comes to Android-based Teams Rooms. It’s set as the default for smarter, cleaner hybrid meetings. • Microsoft Copilot: Analyze Email Attachments via Chat (MC1123984) Copilot Chat now understands Word, Excel, and other attachments alongside the email body. More context, fewer follow-ups. • Microsoft Intune: Unattended Remote Help – Remote Sign-In (MC1124018) Admins can now initiate unattended remote access to devices — no end-user action needed. Ideal for critical escalations or overnight remediation. • Microsoft Copilot: View and Reference Email Attachments in Chat (MC1123983) You’ll be able to query and reference previously sent or received attachments right from Copilot Chat. Huge productivity boost for daily workflows. That’s just a snapshot, DeltaPulse tracked 215 updates last week alone. 📩 Want the full rundown in your inbox every week? https://lnkd.in/gSY-nfJT Microsoft 365: change is constant, surprises are optional. #Microsoft #Microsoft365 #DeltaPulse #Copilot #MicrosoftTeams #Intune #MicrosoftEntra #PowerPlatform #SharePoint #Windows365 #Purview. #MSP
